Creating an effective team brand
How to strengthen your team’s brand? In a time when marketing is king, showcasing your team, its talents and successes, is key! It’s a powerful way to boost engagement, loyalty, and performance.

Supporting a culture of transformation
Guiding a leader through transformation, like a phoenix emerging in a new form, is essential.
Succeeding in transformation is no easy task in today’s B.A.N.I. world (Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, Incomprehensible).

Take care of the leader within you
Being a leader is not a role. It’s a set of attitudes, behaviors, and the ability to lead and influence your ecosystem.

My learnings from 2022
The year 2022 was extremely full! In addition to the strong geostrategic shock experienced by many clients, I faced several challenges including taking the time to organize my wedding, chairing Simacs as a PSF, the release of a collective book on the societal role of coaches, an AcroYoga performance for the 20th anniversary of the Palais de Tokyo, all while continuing my daily work supporting leaders.

Ethical Leadership
How to reconcile business and ethics in times of crisis?
This is a question many leaders ask themselves facing the current crisis with its various repercussions such as inflation, quiet quitting, markets closing like Russia, American protectionism, etc.

Positive Mental Attitude
"Fake it till you make it" — or how to develop a positive mindset.
At a time when the injunction to be authentic is omnipresent on social media, how can we cultivate positive energy?

Growing your company culture
Johnson and Scholes Model
Today, many companies are facing waves of resignations, and numerous sectors are struggling to recruit. Since the Covid crisis, employees have become more demanding and expect companies to be humane, flexible, and motivating.

The leader: a high-level athlete?
For an athlete, the goal is to win medals or victories; for a company, it’s to gain market share or build sustainable business growth. Whether you're an athlete, entrepreneur, executive, or manager, the ambition is the same: to perform at your best, and coaching is one of the strategic partners that helps you get there, whether it’s to strengthen your mindset or develop your leadership talents.

How to retain top talent
The pandemic sparked deep reflection on our ways of life and values. The succession of lockdowns made us realize that the routine running our daily lives wasn’t inevitable, and that a true balance between professional and personal life was entirely possible. Remote work, online meetings, flexible hours — just to name a few changes — gave us a renewed sense of freedom in how we manage our time and mobility.

Leadership in times of war
The Russia-Ukraine war is impacting our companies and challenging our leaders with a situation of unprecedented complexity. On one hand, there are imposed sanctions and political decisions; on the other, destabilized teams facing a radically changed context—both professionally and personally. On top of that is the leader’s own situation, with their emotions involved, because no one remains indifferent in the face of such a conflict.

Strengthening the culture of continuous feedback in your leadership
Participative or collaborative management, inclusive or visionary leadership—leaders navigate among many choices. Finding the right balance between these different components is the very essence of a leader’s reflective work, as is motivating, strengthening belonging, and empowering teams. Leaders must also both prevent talent from fleeing to competitors and attract the best profiles, especially in today’s era of the “Great Resignation”!

My Learnings from 2021
Even though 2021 remained complicated—difficult and even exhausting for some of us—I once again chose to focus on the positive aspects of the crisis we are experiencing. I accepted all its ups and downs and decided to transform them into opportunities I now want to tell you about!

How to regularly update your professional identity
The crisis we are going through, and the search for meaning that it has sparked in many of us, is prompting a deep reflection on what truly matters and a reassessment of the importance of purpose in our lives. When we are centered, present in our bodies, and connected to ourselves and the world around us, we naturally become aware of the meaning and purpose of our lives. The same applies to our professional lives.

Embodying your charismatic leader persona
What do Nelson Mandela, Margaret Thatcher, and Steve Jobs have in common?
All three are undisputed Leaders, recognized and followed for their ideas. And to do that, they possessed a powerful quality, a quality many wish they had… charisma!

Feedback in corporate culture
Why is corporate culture important?
A deep understanding of an organization’s culture is essential to nourish a leader’s strategic thinking. It allows leaders to determine which goals to pursue in leadership training and internal communications.

Strengthening your customer-centric leadership
Being customer-centric as a leader means integrating the customer more effectively into decision-making by systematically evaluating the impact of those decisions.

Embrace your strategic leadership
What characterizes a strategic leader is that they fully embrace the strategic aspect of their role, whether by contributing to the development, communication, and implementation of the strategy of their business unit or company, or by shaping the strategy of their own career. They create value for their organization by influencing its direction, meaning, and purpose, but that’s not all. They are also able to assess the stakes of their options to anticipate the future and make the best possible decisions.

T-shaped leadership
T-Shaped Leadership is a leadership model that combines strategic vision and collaborative leadership across silos (the horizontal bar of the “T”), along with the ability to dive deep into a few key topics that are critical to business success, while also valuing individual expertise (the vertical bar of the “T”).
